Terms of Service

Last updated July 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Zeroline (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Zeroline is an AI-powered web development tool. You describe an application in natural language, and the Service generates, previews, and lets you edit and publish a working web app. Generated code runs in temporary preview sandboxes and can be published to a public URL.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service. You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law or the rights of others, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Generate or publish malware, phishing pages, spam, or content intended to deceive or harm.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service, its sandboxes, or its infrastructure.
  • Circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or plan restrictions.
  • Generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, or sexually exploitative.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk or legal exposure for us or other users.

Your content

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and the code and applications you generate with the Service (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service — for example, running your app in a preview sandbox, publishing it at your request, and storing its revision history.

You are responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You are responsible for anything you publish to a public URL through the Service.

AI-generated output

The Service uses third-party AI models to generate code and other output. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or insecure, and similar output may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any generated code before relying on it or deploying it. We make no warranty that generated output is correct, fit for a particular purpose, or free of third-party rights.

Plans, credits, and billing

  • The Service offers a Free plan and a paid Pro plan. Current features and limits for each plan are shown in the app.
  • AI usage is metered in credits. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance that resets each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over unless stated otherwise.
  • Pro is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel.
  • Your subscription renews automatically each period. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
  • Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods and unused credits.
  • We may change plan pricing or features. We will give reasonable notice of material changes, which take effect on your next billing period.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties to function, including cloud infrastructure, database and authentication providers, AI model providers, code-execution sandboxes, and payment processing. Your use of the Service may be subject to those providers’ terms, and their availability is outside our control.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if continuing to provide the Service to you creates undue risk. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete Your Content, subject to our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that generated output will meet your requirements.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zeroline and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or USD 100.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
