Privacy Policy
Last updated July 6, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information Zeroline (the “Service”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address, display name, and — if you sign in with Google or GitHub — the basic profile details those providers share.
- Content: the prompts you submit and the code, projects, and revision history you generate, edit, or publish through the Service.
- Billing information: your plan, subscription status, credit usage, and a customer identifier from our payment processor. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
- Usage and technical data: log data, feature usage, approximate device and browser information, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.
How we use information
- To provide the Service — authenticate you, generate and run your apps, store your projects, and publish sites you choose to publish.
- To meter AI usage against your plan's credit allowance and enforce plan limits.
- To process payments and manage subscriptions.
- To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and debug and improve how it works.
- To send you essential account and transactional messages, such as sign-in confirmations and billing notices.
We do not sell your personal information.
Service providers we share data with
We share data with the vendors that power the Service, only as needed for them to perform their function. These include:
- Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
- Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
- AI model providers (currently Anthropic and OpenAI) — to generate code and other output from your prompts.
- E2B — temporary sandboxes that run your app's live preview.
- Cloudflare R2 — hosting for sites you publish.
- Resend — delivery of transactional email.
- Our hosting and analytics providers — to run and monitor the Service.
Your prompts and code are sent to AI model providers to generate output. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Zeroline and its users.
Data retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete a project or your account, we delete or de-identify the associated content within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain records (for example, billing records) to comply with legal obligations. Preview sandboxes are ephemeral and are torn down automatically.
Cookies
We use cookies that are necessary for the Service to function — primarily to keep you signed in and maintain your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, scoped access controls, and row-level security on your records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can update your profile and delete projects from within the app, or contact us to exercise these rights.
International transfers
We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than your own. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by applicable law.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
